    Identify high-impact opportunity areas, surface insights and possible pathways, and frame the opportunities for an initial prosperity development cycle.

  • Establish Relational Leadership Team (RLT)

    Form and train a relational leadership team to guide the community in creating a culture of collaboration and inquiry.

  • Develop Action Plan

    Select an opportunity and pathways that are perceived to have significant impact
    and will be relatively easy to achieve.
    Define the expected measurable outcomes and guide-posts for success.
    Develop an action plan for initial steps.

  • Learning-Doing (L-D) Sessions

    Meet on a cyclical basis to continue surfacing insights and identifying the next action steps, accelerating the pathways to prosperity.

  • Observe and Celebrate

    Reflect on outcomes and lessons learned

  • Expand and Repeat

    Expand and train the RLT to test scalability.
    Repeat the Prosperity Development Cycle with Expanded RLT, which includes prosperity development workshop(s), selecting pathways and developing action plans, holding L-D Sessions, and concluding with observation and celebration regardless of the outcome.

  • Sustain & Scale

    Maintain momentum in raising community relational capacities and embed successful approaches into long-term community operations.
